About the Development
River Woods Ranch is a uniquely modern Farm-To-Table Community in northwest Florida, approximately 40 minutes inland of Pensacola International Airport. There are 154 homesites over 1,200 acres with lots sizes ranging between 5 and 20 acres. The River Woods Ranch development team embraces biophilic design philosophy and has built this community to work with the flow of nature instead of through it.
Unlike most other land in Florida, River Woods Ranch offers rolling hills throughout the property which has greatly influenced the design and it speaks volumes to the character of this community. Winding roads along the banks and walkout/lookout homesite designs following the curvature of the topography to maximize nature views. Natural ridge-side and riverbank trails are woven throughout the community to promote environmentally friendly and healthy lifestyle activities such as hiking & biking.
